Dr. Chance M. Glenn, Sr.
Founder, Co-Inventor & President
He is also a tenured full professor of Electrical Engineering and the Provost and Vice President of Academic Affairs at the University of Houston-Victoria. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland and a Master’s and Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Whiting School of Engineering at Johns Hopkins University. He also holds a Management Development Certificate from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
Dr. Glenn is an inventor, technologist, and an innovator that has decades of experience in these areas. He has published extensively, holds patents, and traveled globally to speak on issues of science, innovation, and technology.
Carlton Glenn
Program Manager, Operations Director
In his role as Program Manager and Operations Director, he will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of the project to ensure its successful execution and delivery. Key responsibilities will also include leading and managing the overall planning, implementation, and tracking of project activities. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Developing detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and developing strategies to mitigate risks, among other responsibilities.
Dr. Wing Chan
Vice President, Engineering
Dr. Wing W. Chan is an accomplished professional in the field of Electrical and Computer Engineering, known for his dedication to academia and his contributions to the Special Projects Laboratory at the College of Engineering, Technology, and Physical Sciences in Alabama A & M University.
Dr. Chan embarked on his academic journey by earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville in 1988. His passion for the field drove him to pursue further education, leading to a Master of Science degree in 1990 and ultimately a Doctorate in Electrical and Computer Engineering in 1997, both from the same institution.
With a solid foundation in academia, Dr. Chan began his career at Alabama A&M University in Normal, Alabama. His commitment to the institution has spanned many years, where he has held various significant positions. Since January 2013, he has served as the Director of the Special Projects Laboratory within the College of Engineering, Technology, and Physical Sciences. This role showcases his leadership skills and dedication to advancing research and projects within the university.

Connor Tibbetts
Advisor
Connor Tibbetts is the Head of Business Development at Morningbird Media. Other roles include VP of Investments at BizFamous, in addition to several advisory and strategic roles in startups and emerging funds. Connor has significant experience in marketing, sales, and GTM strategy, and has a multifaceted skill set and background, with experience at both startups and well-established firms, in large teams and leading both hardware and software project development.
Connor holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security, and is based in Austin, Texas.
